Large pair of carved wood jardinieres, second half of 19th century

These large oak carved woode jardinieres are quite typical of interiors of Napoleon III, and specifically Jardins d’hiver. They served to bring back the nature in the interiors. This pair is a french production of the second half of the nineteenth century.
