From June 15, 2022, the Galerie Vauclair welcomes you to Julien-Loïc Garin’s treasured pagoda

Julien-Loïc Garin stages his jewelry collection by imagining in Laurence Vauclair’s Parisian gallery an orientalizing winter garden like a pavilion sculpted in the dream of the great universal exhibitions of the 19th century. This pagoda-treasure encloses two distinct universes: a world of color and gold, an opulent maharaja’s tent on the silk roads that elegantly contrasts with the sensuality of the shiny black lacquer of a 19th century Hong Kong pagoda.
In this double setting conceived as an imaginary journey, the constellations of gems and pearls of the Story-Rings dialogue with the ceramic bestiary and orientalist furniture of the gallery. Julien Loïc and Laurence write for the first time a page with four hands.
